Hôtel Belloy strives, as far as possible, to maintain constant access to the Site but is under no obligation to achieve it. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
LIABILITY
Hôtel Belloy makes every effort to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information distributed on the Site, which it reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content.
However, Hôtel Belloy cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, and completeness of the information made available on the Site, which information does not constitute a guarantee or an engagement on the part of Hôtel Belloy to the user. In particular, the latter cannot be held responsible:
